Issue 1: When first time clicking on Push Content - show message:
Emoze installed Mobile Push Content on your device. Mobile Push Content puts breaking news, weather updates and the latest sports coverage at your fingertips, anywhere, anytime.
 Emoze Mobile Push Content is offered free of charge to all Emoze clients. 
Push OK to start.  ([OK] – [Cancel] )
Important:
1. Only if user clicks [OK] will the account be activated. If the user clicks Cancel – the message will not show again. In such a case – next time the user clicks on the Push content – the user will be able to “Start” the account from menu.
2. When account didn’t start – after an application restart – it will not start.
