Answer: Emoze is for everyone. The Emoze for Enterprise solution is scalable and can serve small-medium businesses as well as large corporate networks.

  1. Question: Is integrating Emoze with my corporate network technical and complex?

Answer: Emoze integrates easily with your corporate network operating behind network firewalls. The integration is not complex. There isn't even a need to open any ports inbound into your corporate network.

  1. Question: Can Emoze work if my company is using a proxy server?

Answer: Yes, Emoze uses the standard http ports on your company's proxy server, which are the same ports that your browser uses to connect to the Internet

  1. Question: Does integration with Emoze for Enterprise require the installation of special anti-virus or anti-spam software?

Answer: Emoze for Enterprise is transparent and works with all of your existing network anti-virus and anti-spam software. There is no need for special installations or additional software.

  1. Question: What kind management tools does Emoze for Enterprise offer?

Answer: Emoze for Enterprise offers centralized management via an easy to use GUI interface called the Admin Console. The Admin Console enables centralized, secure management and control over users and the system.

  1. Question: How does Emoze for Enterprise enable IT to manage users?

Answer: The Admin Console enables the creation of IT policies to manage specific situations. A business policy might be to restrict access to folders or subfolders enabling one person access to one type of folder while denying it to another. For example, a secretary may have access to a manager's calendar but not to the manager's inbox.

Answer: Emoze has developed a unique, patented messaging technology based on content routing only. Messages are sent only when the receiving device is open. Emoze never stores data on any 3rd party server. All transmissions are compressed and are securely protected with AES encryption.

Answer: Emoze is optimized for mobility ensuring that mobile batteries last longer. Emoze is more secure using AES encryption not just SSL. In addition, Emoze is true mobile, push mail unlike other email programs, including Microsoft ActiveSync, that actually poll the server, which is expensive and drains the battery, every few minutes to check for new mail.

Answer: Emoze supports most types of attachments including PDF and Microsoft office documents. Emoze uses transcoding to enable user to view programs that are not native to the mobile device. When using MS Outlook, Emoze for Enterprise can provide full PIM. Contacts and calendar events are supported for other data sources depending on the device capability. Emoze supports synchronization of contacts and enables users to initiate and respond to calendar events.

Answer: Zipped or packaged attachments can be opened only if your cell phone has a dedicated application for it.
