Answer: Never miss another email again! Emoze pushes every email directly to your mobile phone without any effort on your part. Depending on your mobile device, Emoze can also synchronize your contacts and calendar with your mobile phone.

Question: Do I need to buy something special to use Emoze?
Answer: No, you just need a mobile device with an operating system supported by Emoze and access to the internet.

Question: Can I install Emoze alone or do I need to have a computer technician do this?
Answer: Emoze is a 3 step process that is so easy anyone can do it. First download the Emoze client either from http://www.emoze.com to your PC and then transfer it to your cell phone device , either from our WAP site http://m.emoze.com by accessing this site directly from your cell phone.

Question: Does my computer need to stay on and connected to the Internet in order to use Emoze?
Answer: Emoze can work without your computer being on and connected to the Internet.

Question: Does Emoze protect my emails
Answer: All Emoze email transmissions are protected in two ways. Emails are compressed and encrypted. Emoze encrypts all transmissions using AES encryption. No data is ever sent unencrypted over the Emoze infrastructure.

Question: Does emoze keep any of my data on its servers?
Answer: Never! Emoze does not use the store and forward methodology. Data is pushed to the mobile device only when the device is open and ready to receive.

Question: Will anyone know my password?
Answer: No. Even Emoze employees do not have access to your password. In the AES encryption scheme, the identity keys are stored only your mobile handset.

Question: What happens if I lose my phone?
Answer: If you lose or misplace your mobile device, you should immediately change your username and password for every email account on your phone to prevent anyone being able to access your account.

Question: Is my mobile device compatible with Emoze?
Answer: Emoze works a wide range of mobile devices. Emoze supports both sophisticated smartphones and Java enabled phones. Emoze can not support Blackberry phone since Blackberry is a closed system and doesn't allow other email programs. Right now, iPhone is supported only in the Enterprise configuration via the Microsoft Exchange connector. Support for Android is coming soon.

Question: How do I know if there is an updated version of Emoze and how do I get it?
Answer: Each time you connect to Emoze, the software checks your version. If there is an update available, you will see a message asking if you want to update your software.

Question: If I change my mobile operator, can I still use Emoze?
Answer: Yes, Emoze works with most data sources, like Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and your local service provider. In addition, Emoze can work with any mobile operator.

Question: Can I have both my office account and my personal accounts on the same mobile device?
Answer: Yes, since Emoze supports multiple accounts. Depending on your mobile device you can have several email accounts on one handset.

How many different accounts can I add?
Answer: Emoze does not limit the number of accounts that you may add., Depending on the device; you can add up to 5 separate email accounts. More than 5 may affect performance of your handset.

Question: Which mail sources are supported by Emoze?
Answer: Emoze supports all the popular email data sources including:
- Gmail – inbox, contacts and calendar*
- Google Apps
- Hotmail/Windows Live – inbox
- Yahoo
- Hi5
- AOL – inbox
- Local Service provider accounts (POP3 or IMAP) – inbox
- Outlook Web Access (OWA) – inbox, contacts and calendar
- Facebook –Inbox (friends list is available within the Emoze application)
- MS Outlook (via the PC connector) Inbox, contacts and calendar.
- Microsoft Exchange – via our Enterprise solution
*Emoze supports PIM (contacts and calendar) only on Symbian device. For Java devices, only the Inbox is supported.

Question: What happens if I get pictures and other attachments in my emails?
Answer: Emoze supports a wide variety of email attachments, pictures, videos, and documents.

Question: If I have a problem when I am using Emoze how do I get help?
Answer: Emoze technical support can be contacted by email support@emoze.com

Question: When I try to add my Gmail or Yahoo account, I receive an authentication error. (using special characters/right language/case sensitive)
Answer: Authentication errors can occur because you use a reserved character (!@#$%^&() in your password. Please make sure that you enter your password In the correct language and remember that passwords are case sensitive.

Question: What languages does Emoze support?
Emails can be viewed in any language supported by your cell phone,
However Emoze application GUI currently supports only English and soon will be localized to other languages
